A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before we talk.

How is monitoring different from a pentest?

A pentest is a focused assessment within an agreed testing window. Monitoring is an ongoing engagement with regular audits and anomaly notifications across the agreed environment.

Does year-round mean a staffed 24/7 SOC?

Year-round describes the duration of the service. Monitoring coverage, human review hours, audit cadence, and response commitments are defined in the engagement. They are not implied by this page.

What happens if you identify an anomaly?

We notify the agreed contacts through the channels defined in your plan. Investigation, escalation, and remediation responsibilities are clarified when we scope the engagement.

Can I combine monitoring and penetration testing?

Yes. Choose monitoring and mention the applications, APIs, mobile apps, or networks you want included. We will discuss the assessment scope and recurring audit schedule together.

What happens after I complete the form?

Review your brief, open WhatsApp, and press Send. RedStone reviews your request and arranges an introductory call when appropriate. Pricing is discussed on the call.
